Deep Work/ Trauma Intensive Package $1895:  

Includes 10 customizable sessions focused on:

Hypnotherapy, Release of past trauma/ negative cognitions, Somatic healing, EFT (tapping) training for emotional release, Deescalation Tools, Brainspotting, Reiki, Inner Child/ Parts Work, Personalized recordings as needed.

Text check-ins anytime during the period and for one month after. Sessions to be used within 24 months.

 

Insomnia/ Sleep Issue Package $950:

Includes five customizable sessions focused on Hypnotherapy, Release of past trauma/ negative cognitions, Sleep hygiene, Somatic healing, EFT (tapping) training for emotional release, Deescalation Tools, Brainspotting, Inner Child/ Parts Work, Two Personalized recordings (more as needed), Text check-ins anytime during the period and for one month after. Sessions to be used within 12 months of first appointment.

 

Divorce/ Breakup Package:  Ending a relationship is a pivotal and often traumatic experience. Julie will help you process, release, and find clarity and motivation for how to move forward. 

 

Package includes 4 sessions combining a personalized blend of Hypnotherapy, Somatic Healing, Brainspotting, Breathwork, Reiki, EFT, coaching, and one month of text support.  Additional sessions may be added on at a reduced rate.  $745

Grief Package:  There are various reasons for grief; it often accompanies loss.  Sometimes it's the loss of a loved one, sometimes a job, home, or a way of life.  All of these changes can cause trauma and can be very difficult to navigate on or own.

Package includes 4 sessions combining a personalized blend of Hypnotherapy, Somatic Healing, Brainspotting, Breathwork, reiki, EFT, coaching, and one month of text support.  Additional sessions may be added on at the reduced rate.  $745​
